Established in 1988 by Keith Rogers, a Fellow of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers and then of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The Agency has three offices, one occupying premises in a fine Queen Anne building in central Newport, on the Hight Street in Cowes and another office in Bembridge. The incorporation of Trevor Love & Co, a practice established by Trevor Love in and around Bembridge and Seaview enables Keith Rogers to provide a comprehensive service of estate agency across the Isle of Wight.

The Newport office is headed by David Salter who has been with the business since 1989 and has worked in estate agency for the past 39 years. David and his team specialise in a professional approach with attention to detail and strong negotiating skills developed through many years of experience.
